š„ Export Viewtracker Data
You can create a CSV of the numbers from the current filter or the selected date range in the built-in Viewtracker reports. The metrics depend on which report you are accessing.
This page gives a quick overview of how to access the CSV export of each report.

Export Overview

The export overview displays all your exports initiated within the last 48 hours, along with their progress and status. Once a CSV file is completed, it will be available for download for 48 hours. You can download the file as many times as you like during this period. Additionally, if needed, you can halt the production of the CSV file before it is finished.
This overview can be accessed through the export button in the reports. Below are the corresponding examples.

Export Options
If the exported data contains content or space names, it is ensured that you are authorized to view them when exporting (this process takes correspondingly more time when creating the CSV files).
The following options are offered in the export dialog:
āExport content ID and space ID onlyā
Select the export consisting of IDs only to ensure that no sensitive data is exported and to speed up the creation process.
āExport with the listing of content and space names along with corresponding permission verificationā
Choose this option to export the names for a complete report (but slightly longer CSV file creation time).
